Currently, we are on the lookout for a Senior Consultant – AI & Data as an outsourcing opportunity who can perform at the top of their game to join us and contribute to our success.

Contribute to supporting the Training and Development project by conducting desk research to analyze labor market needs in the field of Information Technology, with a focus on Artificial Intelligence and Data Analytics. The role involves developing innovative training initiatives targeting graduates and employees, as well as coordinating and implementing training plans and bootcamps that address market demands and enhance technical skills.

• Collect data and information related to the labor market in AI and Data fields from reliable sources.
• Analyze current and future labor market needs to identify required skills in AI and Data Analytics.
• Prepare comprehensive reports highlighting skill gaps in the AI and Data labor market.

• Design and develop specialized training initiatives and bootcamps in AI and Data Analytics based on research findings and market analysis.
• Identify target groups (graduates, employees, etc.) and tailor training programs according to their specific needs.
• Prepare clear execution plans for training initiatives, including objectives, content, and timelines.

• Minimum bachelor's degree in one of the following fields:
  Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in Artificial Intelligence, Data Analytics, or managing training projects within these domains.
• Comprehensive knowledge of the AI and Data labor market and its future trends.
• Strong skills in reporting and data analysis.
• Proven ability to design specialized training programs and bootcamps.
• Effective communication and coordination skills with various stakeholders.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and project management software.
