Role Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Infrastructure & Cloud Platform Engineer with strong expertise in Virtualization, Networking, Open Shift, IBM Cloud PAK, Storage, and Backup solutions
.

The ideal candidate will lead the design, deployment, optimization, and support of enterprise‑grade hybrid cloud and containerized environments while ensuring high availability, security, and scalability.

• Design, implement, and manage enterprise virtualization platforms (VMware / Hyper‑V / KVM).
• Architect and administer Red Hat Open Shift clusters in on‑prem and hybrid environments.
• Deploy and support IBM Cloud PAK solutions across infrastructure platforms.
• Configure and manage enterprise networking components (L2/L3, VLANs, routing, firewall integrations).
• Design and maintain enterprise storage solutions (SAN/NAS, block/file storage).
• Implement and manage backup & disaster recovery solutions

• Perform infrastructure capacity planning and performance optimization.
• Ensure high availability, security hardening, and compliance adherence.
• Lead troubleshooting and root cause analysis for complex infrastructure incidents.
• Collaborate with application teams, security teams, and vendors for integrated solutions.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers.
