• Transformation Focus: Driving the shift from manual or legacy systems to a digitized, cloud-based SAP Ariba environment.
• Sector Focus (Banking): Managing high-volume, low-risk, and complex sourcing engagements, with a heavy focus on governance, compliance, and regulatory standards.
• Key Mandate: Enhancing user experience (UX) to increase system adoption, streamlining procurement operations, and reducing manual tasks.

  Define and implement the strategy for procurement technology transformation, aligning with corporate objectives.
• Ariba Implementation & Configuration: Lead end‑to‑end design, configuration, and deployment of Ariba modules (Sourcing, Contracts, Buying & Invoicing, Supplier Management).
• S/4
  
  HANA Integration: Ensure seamless integration between SAP Ariba and SAP S/4
  
  HANA MM/Finance modules, utilizing Cloud Integration Gateway (CIG).
• Process Optimization: Redesign procurement processes to be "best-in-class," automating workflows to improve efficiency.
• Supplier Enablement: Lead the onboarding and management of suppliers onto the Ariba Network for improved collaboration and invoicing.
• Stakeholder Management: Work closely with cross‑functional teams (Finance, IT, Legal) to gather requirements and manage change.
• Performance Metrics: Monitor KPIs and SLAs to ensure system performance and compliance.

• Experience: 10+ years in procurement technology and transformation, with significant hands‑on experience in SAP Ariba (specifically Upstream/Downstream).
