RPA Developer; Blue Prism

Design, develop, and maintain Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions that improve business efficiency, reduce manual effort, and ensure high-quality automated workflows. The role is responsible for delivering scalable and secure automation using industry’s best practices and collaborating closely with business and technical stakeholders.

• Analyze business processes to identify automation opportunities and feasibility.
• Design, develop, test, and deploy RPA bots using Blue Prism.
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather automation requirements.
• Maintain and enhance existing automation solutions to improve performance and reliability.
• Implement robust exception handling, logging, and monitoring mechanisms.
• Ensure automation solutions comply with security, scalability, and governance standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve bot failures and production issues.
• Document automation workflows, technical specifications, and user guides.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and identify new automation opportunities.
• Participate in code reviews and follow version control best practices.

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Certification in an RPA tool (e.g., "UiPath Certified Developer, Automation Anywhere Certified Advanced RPA Professional") is a strong advantage.
• 5+ years of hands‑on experience in RPA development or related automation projects.

• Proven experience in Robotic Process Automation (RPA) development using Blue Prism tool.
• Proven experience in delivering end‑to‑end RPA implementations in enterprise environments.
• Strong knowledge of workflow design, development, and deployment in an RPA environment.
• Experience with SQL databases and integrating RPA bots with APIs and web services (REST/SOAP).
• Understanding process mapping, business rules, exception handling, and error logging in automation solutions.
• Familiarity with RPA best practices, including security, scalability, and maintainability of bots.
• Experience with version control systems like Git is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to work with business analysts and stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects in a fast‑paced environment.
• Proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and learning.
