We are looking for a SAC Workforce Planning Consultant with expertise in SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), specializing in Workforce Planning and Forecasting. The role involves designing and implementing workforce planning models, headcount forecasting, budgeting, and scenario analysis solutions aligned with business objectives.

• Develop and optimize SAC workforce planning and forecasting models
• Configure planning, budgeting, and headcount analytics dashboards
• Collaborate with HR and finance stakeholders for requirement gathering
• Ensure data accuracy, integration, and performance optimization

• Strong hands‑on experience in SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC)
• Expertise in workforce planning, headcount forecasting, and budgeting
• Knowledge of SAP data integrations and analytics best practices
