Senior Advisor – Advanced Manufacturing & Innovation

To provide executive-level advisory and strategic leadership in advanced manufacturing and innovation, driving the adoption of emerging technologies, enhancing sector competitiveness, and enabling sustainable industrial growth aligned with national priorities and global best practices.

• Provide high-level advisory services on advanced manufacturing and industrial innovation.
• Contribute to the development and refinement of strategies, policies, and regulatory frameworks supporting industrial transformation.
• Translate national strategic priorities into actionable initiatives and implementation roadmaps.
• Lead analytical assessments to evaluate industrial challenges, sector performance, and technology readiness.
• Develop data-driven insights and evidence-based recommendations to enhance productivity and competitiveness.
• Prepare policy briefs, executive reports, and impact assessments for leadership decision‑making.

• Identify, assess, and recommend emerging and disruptive technologies relevant to advanced manufacturing.
• Promote digital transformation, Industry 4.0 integration, automation, AI adoption, and smart manufacturing solutions.
• Design frameworks to accelerate innovation adoption and strengthen R&D commercialization pathways.

• Support the establishment of strategic partnerships with public entities, private sector organizations, academia, and research institutions.
• Facilitate cross‑sector collaboration to enhance technology transfer and industrial capability development.
• Contribute to the design of incentive programs and initiatives that stimulate innovation and industrial excellence.

• Develop KPIs and performance measurement frameworks aligned with strategic objectives.
• Monitor initiative outcomes and provide continuous improvement recommendations.
• Ensure alignment with governance, compliance, and risk management standards.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s or PhD preferred).
• Minimum 15 years of progressive experience in advanced manufacturing, industrial development, innovation strategy, or related domains.
• Proven experience in executive advisory roles within complex, high‑impact environments.
