CRM Admin– Professional

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced CRM Admin / Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) Specialist to manage, customize, and support D365 applications across the organization. This role involves system configuration, user support, integration management, and continuous improvement of business processes within the Dynamics 365 environment.

The position requires a hands‑on professional who can work closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and external partners to ensure optimal system performance, reliability, and user adoption.

• Implement, configure, and maintain Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Finance, Supply Chain, HR, or CRM modules as applicable)
• Customize forms, workflows, dashboards, and reports
• Manage system integrations with third‑party applications
• Provide user training and technical support
• Perform system testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution
• Develop and maintain system documentation
• Ensure data accuracy, security, and compliance
• Coordinate with vendors and Microsoft partners for upgrades and patches
• Participate in digital transformation and ERP optimization projects

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
• 5–8 years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365
• Hands‑on experience with D365 Finance & Operations or D365 CRM

• Strong knowledge of D365 modules (Finance / SCM / HR / CRM)
• Experience with Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps)
• Understanding of X++ (for F&O) or C#/.NET (for CRM customizations)
• SQL knowledge and data migration experience
• Experience with integrations (APIs, Azure services)
