We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master to lead Agile teams and ensure the effective implementation of the Scrum framework
. The Scrum Master will coach the team, remove impediments, and foster a culture of continuous improvement to help deliver high-quality products efficiently.
- 🏃 Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies:
- Sprint Planning
- Daily Stand-ups
- Sprint Review
- Sprint Retrospective
- 📚 Ensure proper adoption of Agile principles and Scrum practices across the team and organization.
- 🛡️ Remove impediments and shield the team from distractions and external interruptions.
- 🤝 Act as a Servant Leader
, coaching and supporting the team to achieve high performance. - 🔄 Promote a culture of continuous improvement and team accountability.
- 📊 Track and report Agile metrics such as:
- Velocity
- Burndown / Burnup charts
- Sprint goal achievement
- 🧩 Collaborate closely with the Product Owner to ensure a healthy, well‑prioritized Product Backlog.
- 🗣️ Work with stakeholders to improve communication, transparency, and delivery flow.
- 🧑🏫 Coach team members and stakeholders on Agile & Scrum best practices
. - 🧭 Protect the team from scope creep and ensure focus during sprints.
- 🎓 Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
- 🏅 Scrum certification is preferred:
- CSM (Certified Scrum Master)
- PSM (Professional Scrum Master)
- or equivalent
- 🧠 Proven hands‑on experience with Agile methodologies and the Scrum framework
. - 🛠️ Experience working with software development or digital product teams.
- 💬 Excellent communication, facilitation, and coaching skills.
- 🧩 Strong problem‑solving and conflict resolution abilities.
- 📈 Solid understanding of:
- Product Backlog & Sprint Backlog
- User Stories & Estimation
- Agile planning and delivery
- Servant leadership mindset
- Strong facilitation and communication skills
- Adaptability and change management
- Team motivation and collaboration
