Data Analyst, Business Systems/ Tech Analyst

We are currently looking to hire a Planner (Planning & Analytics Support)
Key Responsibilities:- Consolidate initiatives, tasks, and inputs into a clear structured plan
- Build timelines, milestones, and simple dependencies
- Track progress and highlight delays, bottlenecks, or stuck items
- Support prioritization by showing what is overloaded, delayed, or conflicting
- Proactively prepare the Chief for meetings by anticipating required materials (updates, dashboards, key numbers, summaries)
- English required (Arabic is an advantage, not mandatory)
- Strong planning and analytical mindset
- Strong Excel skills for structuring, tracking, and basic analysis
- Experience with BI and analytics tools:
Power BI, Tableau / Looker / Qlik acceptable, Comfortable working in a supporting role without decision authority - More than 5 years in planning, analytics, performance tracking, or reporting support roles.
