- Handle daily IAM operations, including onboarding new users, offboarding leavers, and updating access for role changes.
- Ensure that the right people have the right permissions.
- Monitor and support IAM systems such as SailPoint Identity
IQ, Saviynt, Cyber Ark, Okta, and Azure AD, ensuring smooth operation. - Process access requests, approvals, and certifications according to company policies.
- Troubleshoot IAM issues like login failures, provisioning errors, and access conflicts.
- Apply IAM policies and best practices in line with security standards (NIST, ISO, SOX).
- Perform access reviews, generate compliance reports, and assist in remediation of issues.
- Develop and optimize SailPoint Identity
IQ rules, workflows, and policies for automation and streamlined processes. - Assist with minor development, integration, and automation tasks to enhance IAM efficiency.
- Manage day-to-day Beyond Trust PAM operations, including onboarding/offboarding privileged accounts.
- Monitor, support, and maintain Beyond Trust PAM environments to ensure high availability and performance.
- Troubleshoot PAM-related issues such as failed access requests, vault errors, or session problems.
- Collaborate with application owners, IT security, and audit teams to enforce privileged access policies and compliance standards.
- Perform regular privileged access reviews, generate compliance reports, and resolve any issues.
- Configure and enhance Beyond Trust PAM policies, workflows, and automation scripts.
- Engage in development and integration tasks to improve PAM processes and efficiency.
