Job Summary /ObjectiveWe are looking for an IT professional to handle day‑to‑day patch management and endpoint operations, with a primary focus on Manage Engine Endpoint Central
. The role also involves supporting other Manage Engine tools such as ADAudit
, ADManager
, and Exchange Reporter to maintain system security, compliance, and reporting across the environment.
- Manage daily patching activities using Manage Engine Endpoint Central
. - Deploy OS and third‑party application updates across endpoints and servers.
- Monitor patch compliance, investigate failures, and remediate issues.
- Generate and review patch and compliance reports.
- Support Manage Engine ADAudit for AD activity monitoring and alerts.
- Assist with user, group, and policy management via ADManager
. - Use Exchange Reporter for mailbox and email activity reporting.
- Coordinate patch schedules and maintenance windows.
- Troubleshoot endpoint, patching, and basic AD/Exchange issues.
- Hands‑on experience with Endpoint Central (primary focus).
- Familiarity with ADAudit, ADManager, and Exchange Reporter
. - Background in system administration or endpoint management
. - Strong knowledge of Windows patching
. - Basic understanding of Active Directory and Exchange environments
. - 5+ years of relevant IT operations or system administration experience.
