* Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
* Proficiency in areas such as ERP, CRM, Cloud, Big Data, or AI technologies.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to manage complex projects and diverse teams in a fast-paced environment.
