We are seeking a Senior Client Partner (Riyadh Based Only) who can translate this breadth of expertise into strategic growth and long-term executive partnerships.
Role OverviewThe Senior Client Partner – Enterprise Solutions & Transformation is a senior, revenue-carrying leadership role responsible for driving growth across ICG’s full transformation portfolio.
You will own strategic accounts, lead executive conversations, shape complex programs across technology and advisory domains, and position ICG as a long-term transformation partner to public and enterprise clients.
This is a consultative growth leadership role focused on impact, expansion, and multi-service integration.
What You Will Do Strategic Account Leadership- Own and expand high-value enterprise accounts across digital, enterprise platform, AI, outsourcing, and cybersecurity initiatives.
- Develop multi-year account growth strategies aligned with client transformation agendas and Vision 2030 priorities.
- Identify cross-selling opportunities across ERP, CRM, cloud, AI, managed services, BPO, cybersecurity, and workforce enablement programs.
- Carry and exceed revenue targets.
- Build and manage a strong pipeline across consulting, technology implementation, and managed services.
- Lead complex RFPs, executive negotiations, and long-term contract structuring.
- Engage C-level stakeholders across IT, HR, Finance, Operations, and Strategy.
- Lead discovery workshops and executive alignment sessions.
- Translate business priorities into integrated solutions combining advisory, platforms, automation, outsourcing, and capability building.
- Articulate measurable ROI and long-term value realization.
- Mobilize consulting, engineering, cloud, AI, cybersecurity, and outsourcing teams to deliver integrated programs.
- Ensure strong alignment between sales strategy and delivery execution.
- Lead executive business reviews focused on performance, expansion, and strategic partnership growth.
- 10–15+ years of experience in enterprise sales, consulting, or strategic account leadership.
- Proven success closing complex technology or transformation programs in Saudi Arabia.
- Experience selling ERP, CRM, cloud, AI, outsourcing, cybersecurity, or enterprise advisory services.
- Strong understanding of Vision 2030 initiatives and giga-project ecosystems.
- Demonstrated ability to manage long-cycle, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales.
- Strong commercial, negotiation, and executive communication skills.
- Arabic and English fluency required.
- Willingness to travel within the Kingdom.
- Exposure to national-scale transformation initiatives.
