Senior Security Services Engineer | on-site

We are looking for a proactive and communicative Senior Security Services Engineer to join our Delivery team. This role is focused on providing exceptional technical support and leading the implementation of our Identity and Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions. The ideal candidate is based in Riyadh, speaks fluent English, and has strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, networks, and cloud technologies.

• Deliver high-quality technical support to clients across the world, addressing inquiries and resolving issues related to our solutions.
• Manage and execute the deployment of our Identity Management and PAM solutions, ensuring smooth and efficient implementation for clients.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Product, Engineering) to ensure client needs are met effectively and efficiently.
• Conduct training sessions and workshops to help clients fully understand and utilize our solutions.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, progress reports, and activity logs.
• Stay informed on the latest trends and updates in infrastructure, networking, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), applying this knowledge in support and delivery processes.

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in technical support and/or solution implementation or post-sales roles, preferably in a B2B environment.
• Strong understanding of infrastructure, networks, and cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Excellent troubleshooting and technical problem-solving skills.
• Fluent English is required.
• Proactive attitude, collaborative spirit, and a customer-centric mindset.
• Willingness to travel across the MENA region.
• Additionally, it is required to reside in Riyadh.
