Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated L1 Support Engineer to provide first‑line technical support and ensure smooth day‑to‑day IT operations. This role is ideal for candidates at an early career stage seeking hands‑on experience in enterprise environments.
Key Responsibilities- Provide first‑level support for Linux and Windows systems
- Monitor systems and applications to ensure availability and performance
- Perform basic network checks and troubleshooting
- Handle incidents and requests via ticketing tools
- Support on‑site operational activities as required
- Escalate complex issues to higher support tiers
- Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams
- Basic Linux / Windows administration knowledge
- Understanding of system & application monitoring
- Basic networking fundamentals
- Experience with ticketing / ITSM tools is preferred
- Strong English fluency
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
