Digital Lead

This is an opportunity to work on one of the largest programmes in Saudi Arabia. This unique project consists of major mixed‑use development including sports facilities, entertainment, and arts along with all associated infrastructure. Mace is one of the delivery partners requiring high‑calibre and experienced professionals to lead integrated teams throughout each phase of the project.

Management of a discipline area as well as accountability for Digital services for one or more client projects/programmes as well as both direct, and indirect, line management. Ownership or shared‑ownership of an area of, and significant contribution to the Digital Centre of Excellence, and for Mace Way content.

• Provide technical expertise across digital disciplines to deliver innovative strategies and solutions.
• Lead and oversee multiple digital projects at varying stages of maturity.
• Recruit, develop, and manage high‑performing digital teams and external partners.
• Provide leadership and direction to teams and managers, ensuring delivery excellence.
• Manage budgets, procurement, and cost tracking for digital elements.
• Contribute to the global Digital Centre of Excellence, sharing knowledge, processes, and case studies.
• Drive performance management, coaching, and continuous improvement within teams.
• Champion sustainability by integrating carbon reduction into digital project delivery, supporting net zero transition.

• Proven leadership in IT/Digital project delivery across full lifecycle.
• Specialism in digital disciplines with strong project and stakeholder management.
• Expertise in risk, planning, and reporting tools including BIM/ISO
  19650 awareness.
• Relevant degree with professional certifications (e.g., Microsoft, ISO
  27001, ITIL, APM/Prince).
