Role Summary
We are seeking a dynamic IT Recruiter with hands-on experience in end-to-end technology hiring. The ideal candidate should have strong exposure to sourcing and closing mid to senior-level IT roles across infrastructure, cybersecurity, cloud, software, and emerging technologies.
Key Responsibilities- Manage full recruitment lifecycle (sourcing to onboarding)
- Hire for technical roles such as:
- Network / Network Security
- Cyber Security (SOC, IAM, PAM, GRC, etc.)
- Cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP)
- Infrastructure & Virtualization
- Software Development / Dev Ops
- Source candidates via Linked In, job portals, referrals, and database
- Screen and evaluate technical profiles
- Coordinate interviews and manage client/stakeholder communication
- Negotiate offers and close candidates
- Maintain recruitment trackers and pipeline reports
- 3–6 years of IT/Technical recruitment experience
- Strong understanding of IT technologies and terminology
- Experience hiring for mid to senior-level technical roles
- Excellent sourcing and headhunting skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working with ATS and recruitment tools
