As a Lead Security Researcher, you will lead the Security research team in providing domain expertise that shapes Nua's autonomous AI agents. Drive the security strategy, research initiatives, and team development while ensuring our AI agents understand and can effectively address real-world cybersecurity challenges.

• Proven ability to research and analyze emerging cyber threats and attack methodologies.
• Experience designing and implementing evaluation frameworks for AI-driven security solutions.
• Strong understanding of threat modeling and risk assessment practices.
• Familiarity with AI/ML applications within cybersecurity contexts.
• Exceptional analytical, research, and communication skills.
• Ability to represent Nua at security conferences, research publications, and industry forums.
• BS/MS in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in offensive security or penetration testing.
• Expertise in vulnerability assessment, exploitation techniques, and penetration testing frameworks.
• Industry certifications (such as OSCP ) are preferred.

Location:

Hybrid We’re a hybrid team that manages work remotely but deeply values in-person collaboration. We maintain an office for regular connection, creativity, and shared momentum

Full-time

• Introductory 30-minute call
• 1:1 conversations with the team manager
• Case-based working session
• Final 30-minute conversation with our CEO, Mohammed Abalkhail
