Position: Sr. Application Performance Monitoring Engineer

The Job Description

  • Deploy, configure, and manage Cisco App Dynamics agents for Java, .NET, and other supported Platforms.
  • Monitor application performance, business transactions, APIs, and user experience.
  • Analyze performance bottlenecks and conduct root-cause analysis for incidents.
  • Configure dashboards, alerts, health rules, and reports based on business KPIs.
  • Work closely with application, infrastructure, and Dev Ops teams to resolve issues.
  • Support production and non-production environments.
  • Ensure monitoring best practices and continuous improvement of observability processes Provide documentation and operational knowledge transfer when required.
    • Requirements
    • 5+ years of experience in APM or application monitoring roles.
    • Strong hands-on experience with Cisco App Dynamics.
    • Good understanding of application architectures (microservic.es, web, APIs).
    • Experience with Java, .NET, and middleware environments.
    • Solid knowledge of Linux and Windows operating systems.
    • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus.
    • Experience working with Dev Ops tools and CI/CD pipelines is an advantage.
    • Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
