A technology and consulting firm is seeking a highly experienced Demand Delivery Manager to oversee the end-to-end demand lifecycle within a regulated Saudi banking environment. The role requires significant expertise in testing governance, release management, and regulatory compliance. The successful candidate will manage enterprise-wide releases, coordinate with stakeholders, and ensure that all changes comply with enterprise risk and governance standards.

Preference will be given to candidates with Arabic language skills and experience in Saudi banking institutions.
