Lead Cloud Security Architect

Our client is a National Digital Infrastructure Leader, specifically established to manage and secure the Kingdom’s Sovereign Cloud Ecosystem. This organization serves as the backbone for the Saudi government’s digital services, high-scale AI initiatives, and national data registries. They are at the vanguard of the "Cloud First" mandate, building high-availability environments that must meet the most stringent security requirements in the world.

With a focus on Zero Trust and Automated Governance, this client is redefining how national-scale data is protected in the cloud era. You will be working with the latest in cloud-native security, including CNAPP, CSPM, and AI-driven threat detection.

As the Lead Cloud Security Architect, you are the designer of the Kingdom’s digital fortress. Your job is to create the blueprints for secure, scalable, and resilient cloud architectures. You aren't just managing firewalls; you are architecting Identity-Centric security, automated guardrails, and secure CI/CD pipelines. You will ensure that every cloud deployment—from simple web apps to massive AI training clusters is inherently secure and fully compliant with NCA (National Cybersecurity Authority) and SAMA standards.

• Architectural Blueprinting: Design and implement secure landing zones and multi-tenant cloud architectures for public, private, and hybrid environments (AWS, Azure, and GCP).
• Compliance Automation: Develop automated "Policy-as-Code" guardrails to ensure continuous alignment with NCA-CCC (Cloud Cybersecurity Controls) and SAMA frameworks.
• Identity & Access Strategy: Design sophisticated IAM and PAM strategies, focusing on Zero Trust principles and passwordless authentication across the sovereign cloud.
• AI Security Integration: Collaborate with the AI Research Team to architect secure environments for Large Language Models (LLMs) and sensitive data processing.
• Incident Readiness: Work with the SOC to design cloud-native incident response playbooks and automated containment workflows.

• Experience:
  
  12+ years in IT/Security, with at least 6 years exclusively focused on Cloud Security Architecture for large-scale enterprises or government entities.
• The Cloud Expert:
  Expert-level mastery of at least two major cloud providers (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Certifications:
  
  You must hold a professional-level Cloud Architect cert (e.g., AWS Certified Security - Specialty or Azure Security Engineer) plus CISSP or CCSP.
• Regulatory Mastery:
  Deep understanding of the Saudi National Cybersecurity Authority (NCA) cloud mandates and regional data residency laws.
• Communication:
  Ability to present complex architectural designs to non-technical executive stakeholders and government officials.

Expert-level mastery of at least two major cloud providers (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

Professional-level Cloud Architect cert (e.g., AWS Certified Security - Specialty or Azure Security Engineer) plus CISSP or CCSP.

Salary Range: SAR 55,000 – SAR 75,000 per month (Tax-Free). Total Comp:
Includes Executive Housing, Premium Family Schooling, and a 20% Annual Performance Multiplier.
