About the Role

Are you ready to lead the IT services that keep an airline running smoothly around the clock?

You will support the seamless delivery of IT services across critical business domains, ensuring high performance and operational resilience in a fast‑paced aviation environment. In this pivotal role, you will work closely with internal teams, vendors, and strategic partners to maintain operational stability, drive continual service improvement, and ensure full alignment with business objectives. By leveraging Service Now and ITIL best practices, you will monitor service performance, ensure SLA compliance, and provide meaningful insights through comprehensive dashboards and structured business reviews.

You will lead major incident resolution, coordinating incident bridges with precision to minimise service disruption and accelerate restoration of normal operations. Additionally, you will develop insightful Service Now dashboards across assigned domains, enhancing visibility of IT performance and enabling informed, data‑driven decision‑making at all levels of the organisation.

About You

Degree qualified, you will demonstrate a minimum of 5 years in IT Service Management and IT Operations with at least 3 years' experience in Service Now Modules.
