Senior Service Now Developer Location: Riyadh
Experience: 6-9 Years
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Service Now Developer responsible for designing and implementing advanced solutions on the Service Now platform.
Key Responsibilities- Design and develop advanced Service Now solutions.
- Develop and customize applications using JavaScript and Service Now frameworks.
- Implement integrations using REST and SOAP APIs.
- Work on modules such as ITSM, ITOM, and CSM.
- Develop Service Portal and custom UI components.
- Implement HRSD and Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) solutions.
- Collaborate with architects and project managers to deliver scalable solutions.
- Perform code reviews and mentor junior developers.
- 6+ years of Service Now development experience.
- Advanced JavaScript knowledge.
- Experience with REST/SOAP integrations.
- Experience with:
- ITSM
- ITOM
- CSM
- HRSD
- Service Portal
- App Engine
- Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM)
- Knowledge of ITIL concepts.
- Service Now Certified System Administrator.
- Service Now Certified Application Developer.
