Senior Lead – OT​/ICS Cybersecurity

Our client is a Global Leader in Energy & Industrial Solutions, currently serving as a primary strategic partner for Saudi Arabia’s national industrial transformation. They manage the cybersecurity posture for some of the most complex "Critical National Infrastructure" (CNI) sites in the world, including automated refineries, desalinated water plants, and next-generation renewable energy grids. This organization is at the forefront of the IT/OT Convergence, pioneering the use of AI for anomaly detection in industrial networks.

They operate under strict mandate from the National Cybersecurity Authority (NCA-OT) and international standards like IEC 62443. This is an elite environment where safety and security are inseparable, and every technical decision protects the physical stability of the region’s economy.

As the Senior Lead for OT / ICT Cybersecurity, you are the guardian of the Kingdom’s physical assets. Your mission is to bridge the gap between "Office IT" and "Plant Floor OT." You will design and implement defense-in-depth strategies for SCADA, DCS, and PLC environments that are resilient against state-sponsored threats and sophisticated industrial malware. You are as comfortable in a data center as you are in a hard hat on a factory floor.

• Industrial Defense Architecture: Design and deploy secure network segmentation (Purdue Model) using industrial firewalls, unidirectional gateways (data diodes), and secure remote access solutions.

  Risk Management:
  
  Lead comprehensive cybersecurity risk assessments and "Crown Jewel" analysis for complex industrial control systems (ICS).
• Compliance Authority: Ensure 100% alignment with NCA OTCC (Operational Technology Cybersecurity Controls) and international IEC 62443 standards.
• Incident Response for OT: Develop and lead specialized "Industrial Incident Response" playbooks, focusing on maintaining safety and operational continuity during a cyber event.
• Vendor Ecosystem Security: Manage the cybersecurity requirements for industrial giants (e.g., Siemens, ABB, Schneider Electric, Honeywell) integrated into the client's ecosystem.

• Experience:
  
  12+ years in Cybersecurity, with at least 7 years dedicated to Operational Technology (OT) or Industrial Control Systems (ICS).
• Technical Mastery:
  Deep knowledge of industrial protocols (Modbus, DNP3, Profinet, MQTT) and hands-on experience with OT-specific security tools (e.g., Nozomi Networks, Dragos, or Claroty).
• Certifications:
  
  Must hold GICSP (Global Industrial Cyber Security Professional) or GRID. Additional certs like CISSP or ISA/IEC 62443 Cybersecurity Expert are highly preferred.
• Language:
  Professional fluency in English;
  Arabic is a major advantage for site-level stakeholder management.
• The "Safety-First" Mindset: A background in functional safety (SIS) or engineering is highly valued.

• Deep knowledge of industrial protocols (Modbus, DNP3, Profinet, MQTT).
• Hands-on experience with OT-specific security tools (e.g., Nozomi Networks, Dragos, or Claroty).

• Certifications like CISSP or ISA/IEC 62443 Cybersecurity Expert.
• Professional fluency in Arabic.

Salary Range: SAR 58,000 – SAR 78,000 per month (Tax-Free). Total Comp:
Executive Housing, Full Schooling Support, Business-Class Travel, and a Performance-Linked Annual Bonus (up to 25%).
