Our client is seeking a Solutions Engineer (Freelance) to join their high-impact team in Riyadh. This is a freelance opportunity for elite technical minds who thrive at the intersection of technology and business, and who are passionate about shaping the future of digital infrastructure. As a Solutions Engineer, you will be the technical force behind customer success, driving innovation and delivering value through advanced F5 solutions.

In today’s rapidly evolving digital landscape, businesses need trusted advisors who can bridge the gap between complex technology and real-world outcomes. As a Solutions Engineer, you will empower organizations to solve their most critical challenges — from network security to cloud transformation — ensuring they stay ahead of the curve. Your expertise will directly impact business growth, customer trust, and the adoption of next-generation solutions.

• Champion the strategy, messaging, and positioning of F5 solutions to align with customer business objectives.
• Deliver technical expertise through impactful sales presentations, solution designs, demonstrations, and proof of concepts — both virtually and in-person.
• Assess and map business opportunities within customer organizations, identifying where F5 technology can drive the most value.
• Partner with Account Managers and local SE teams to drive the sales process, tailoring solutions to specific customer requirements.
• Provide world-class customer service throughout the customer and partner lifecycle, sharing best practices across regional and global teams.
• Collaborate with Solution Architects, Product Management, and Pre-Sales resources to share updates, insights, and F5 positioning.

• Deep knowledge of Telco infrastructures, data centers, virtualization, and cloud computing environments.
• Experience with Application Identification/DPI technologies (preferred).
• Expertise in Service Provider mobile network architectures and protocols, with a focus on 3
  
  GPP standards.
• Hands-on experience with Dev Ops, CI/CD, SCM tools, and container orchestration (Kubernetes, Open Shift, etc.).
• Understanding of RFx processes.
• Strong background in network and application security.
• Experience with AI-related projects or a strong willingness to learn about AI infrastructure challenges.
• Familiarity with F5 technology or similar industry solutions is a plus.
• Knowledge of the Network Equipment Providers ecosystem, especially with Ericsson and Nokia.
• Fluent verbal and written English is required.

• Ability to engage in customer and partner meetings (remote or face-to-face) for at least 50% of the time.
• Self-driven, with a passion for continuous learning and professional growth.
• Experience working in collaborative, cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum or similar project frameworks is advantageous.
• Based in Riyadh or able to work remotely with flexibility for in-person meetings as needed.
