Job Description:Responsibilities:
- Provide advice and support in relation to regulatory matters, interpretation of laws and regulations.
- Provide support on commercial and transactional matters.
- Provide updates to and work closely with Regional and Corporate Legal Team Members.
- Provide advice to engagement teams on all legal related areas of risk during an engagement lifecycle.
- Liaise with other functions such as HR, Compliance, etc., for specialist advice.
- Build relationships with the relevant Leaders and engagement teams.
- Meet with the concerned stakeholders to discuss key findings, areas of concerns and/or gather feedback.
- Consult with and/or elevate to the Regional Legal Head as necessary.
- Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking local language. Must be hands‑on in negotiation with customers in Local Language with high degree of efficiency.
- Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English. Must be able to accurately translate Agreements/Documents that are in Local Language to English.
