Key Responsibilities 🔹 Onboarding Governance Framework

  • Design and implement enterprise onboarding governance frameworks.
  • Define onboarding policies, standards, and compliance controls.
  • Establish onboarding stage-gate processes and approval workflows.
  • Develop accountability models and RACI matrices for onboarding activities.
  • Monitor onboarding KPIs, SLAs, and performance dashboards.
  • Ensure alignment between onboarding processes and enterprise operating model.
🔹 Program & Project Oversight
  • Govern onboarding streams within large transformation programs.
  • Manage onboarding-related risks, issues, and escalations.
  • Align onboarding milestones with overall program timelines.
  • Provide executive reporting and decision-support insights.
  • Lead cross-functional onboarding steering forums.
🔹 Operating Model Alignment
  • Align onboarding processes with Target Operating Model (TOM).
  • Define roles, responsibilities, and decision rights across business units.
  • Standardize onboarding workflows across regions/functions.
  • Support operating model transitions during transformation initiatives.
🔹 Business Management & Performance
  • Ensure onboarding processes support strategic workforce and business objectives.
  • Track benefits realization and onboarding value metrics.
  • Drive continuous improvement across onboarding lifecycle.
  • Conduct onboarding maturity assessments and recommend improvements.
Required Qualifications & Experience
  • 11+ years of experience in Governance, Program Management, Business Management, or Operating Model Design.
  • Proven experience designing enterprise onboarding or process governance frameworks.
  • Strong background in Project/Program Management within complex organizations.
  • Experience working within PMO, Strategy, or Transformation Offices.
  • Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
  • Experience operating in cross-functional, matrixed environments.
