O&M Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Saudi Project Manager with + 5 years experience in IT O&M (Operations and Maintenance) projects
• Strong Managing day-to-day operations.
• Drive continuous improvement by applying best practices in Projects supervision and delivery.
• Manage project resources including manpower, materials, and equipment to maximize productivity and cost efficiency.
• Professional experience, with significant senior-level experience in IT infrastructure and Cyber security.
• Maintain clear communication with clients, contractors, consultants, and internal teams to ensure project alignment.
• Coordinates equipment repair or replacement.
• The requisition process for tools, materials, equipment, and services.
• Prepare and present progress reports, risk assessments, and performance summaries to senior management.
• Manage change control, reporting, and stakeholder communications.
• Monitor and control project costs to ensure financial objectives are achieved
• Establish and maintain project cost control systems, budgets, and forecasts.
• Support business growth through client engagement and new opportunities.

• Project Management:
  Proficiency in managing projects from conception to completion ensuring they meet established objectives and deadlines while focusing on client satisfaction.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and project management software
• Familiar with ERP MS Dynamics 365
• Ability to manage different teams

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field
