We are looking for a skilled and experienced Solution Manager
to lead the technical design and implementation of networking solutions for our customers in Saudi Arabia
. The Solution Manager will act as a bridge between sales, engineering, and the customer, ensuring that solutions are technically sound, aligned with business needs, and feasible for implementation. This role requires a deep understanding of networking technologies and the ability to present complex solutions in a clear and compelling manner.

• Understand customer requirements and translate them into tailored networking solutions using Allied Telesis products and technologies.
• Provide technical leadership in pre-sales engagements, including presentations, product demonstrations, and proof-of-concept activities.
• Design and validate complex enterprise and carrier-grade network architectures (LAN, WAN, wireless, SD-WAN, security, etc.).
• Support the sales team in responding to RFPs, RFQs, and tenders with accurate solution designs, BOMs, and technical documentation.
• Collaborate closely with channel partners, system integrators, and distributors to promote and support Allied Telesis solutions.
• Conduct solution training sessions and workshops for partners and customers.
• Act as a trusted advisor for clients, helping them plan, build, and optimize their networking infrastructure.
• Stay up to date with the latest trends and developments in networking and ICT within the Saudi market.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field (Professional certifications such as CCNP, JNCIS, or equivalent are a strong advantage).
• Minimum of 5 years of experience
  in solution design, technical pre-sales, or network consulting within the ICT or networking industry.
• In-depth knowledge of Ethernet switching, IP routing, network security, wireless, network automation, and network management platforms.
• Experience with Allied Telesis products is highly desirable (or similar vendor experience such as Cisco, Juniper, HPE/Aruba, etc.).
• Strong understanding of the Saudi market, including key verticals (government, education, healthcare, enterprise).
• Fluent in English and Arabic
  (written and verbal).
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel across Saudi Arabia for customer visits, meetings, and events.
