Project Manager / Technical Team Leader

Experience: 6–8 Years
We are looking for a Project Manager / Technical Team Leader to manage end-to-end delivery of projects related to the Service Now platform while leading cross-functional teams.
Key ResponsibilitiesManage project planning, execution, and delivery.
Lead technical teams and coordinate with stakeholders.
Define project scope, timelines, and milestones.
Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Implement Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
Manage risks and resolve project issues.
Provide progress updates to leadership.
Ensure quality and compliance standards.
5–8 years of project management experience.
Experience managing Service Now implementations - Must Have
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall frameworks.
Stakeholder and vendor management.
PMP, Scrum Master, or equivalent certifications.
Experience in enterprise IT projects.
