• Strategic Solution Design:
  Develop comprehensive technical solutions and reporting materials based on HiAgent’s capabilities; lead technical exchanges, product demonstrations, and POCs to guide customer approval and facilitate business cooperation.
• Industry Solution Incubation:
  Identify and create standardized AI Agent solutions across different industry verticals, transforming successful lighthouse projects into scalable industry playbooks.
• Requirement Engineering & Product Iteration:
  Act as the bridge between the market and R&D by collecting and evaluating complex customer requirements to drive internal product innovation and platform iterations.
• Bid Management & Sales Support:
  Partner with sales and industry architects during the bidding process to author technical documents, manage technical presentations, and ensure strong positioning in the marketplace.
• Project Scoping & Delivery Handover:
  Author detailed Project Work Specifications (SOW) post-contract signing to ensure a seamless transition from the solution design phase to the implementation and delivery stage.

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
• Domain
  
  Experience:
  
  3+ years of experience in enterprise‑grade AI platforms, AI Agents, or LLM solutions, with a proven track record of delivering high‑impact "lighthouse" projects.
• Technical & Project
  
  Skills:
  
  Exceptional project management and organizational skills, including the practical ability to independently configure and deploy intelligent agent demonstration demos.
• Language Proficiency:
  Mandarin or Arabic proficiency is highly advantageous. Mandarin is essential for deep collaboration with China-based product and R&D teams;
  Arabic is required for effective communication with local business stakeholders in the MEA region.
• Mindset: A growth‑oriented, results‑driven professional who proactively adapts to market shifts and takes independent action to solve complex problems.

• Platform Expertise:
  Prior experience in product solutioning or operations for AI platforms such as HiAgent, Coze, Dify, or n8n, or other leading enterprise‑level agentic work spaces.
• Market Insight:
  Deep knowledge of the GenAI's market landscape, and an understanding of their strengths for specific enterprise use cases.
• International Background:
  Candidates who possess a firsthand understanding of international market dynamics and localized customer needs.

This job posting is on behalf of a third‑party agency. This is a 12 months contract assignment managed by a third‑party agency, who will be your employer.
