Senior Engineer, Operational Technology

As an OT IR Engineer, you will be responsible for:

• Support the 24/7 OT Client Operations team by assisting with real-time cybersecurity incident detection and response in Operational Technology (OT) environments
• Protect CNI clients against cyber threats by executing incident response procedures and delivering high-quality support in line with strict SLAs.
• Support the incident investigation process by gathering, recording, and organizing relevant information and evidence
• Consistent achievement of SLA compliance targets relevant to assigned incident response actions (e.g., MTTR, MTTA).
• High client satisfaction (CSAT) scores through clear communication and timely operational support.
• Timely and accurate completion of incident response documentation and reports.
• Reliable support of a high-performing operations team by adhering to assigned shift schedules and responsibilities.

• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Engineering or related fields.
• 1.5+ years of experience in IR or OT/ICS cybersecurity.

• Certificates in Security+, eJPT, GIAC GICSP.
