• Creating and maintaining project plan based on requirements document for fixed‑cost or progressive projects.
• Managing scrum team, ensuring effective cooperation and collaboration among team members.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams to facilitate effective collaboration and communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Following Agile methodologies by conducting daily and weekly meetings to enhance communication and maximize productivity.
• Review sprint outcome and following up on demos for various stakeholders.
