We are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion Architect to join our dynamic team. As an Oracle Fusion Architect, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining solutions using Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications (ERP, HCM, SCM, EPM, etc.). You will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver scalable, efficient, and high‑performing Fusion‑based solutions that meet both business and technical needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oracle Fusion Architecture Design:
    Lead the design and implementation of Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications (ERP, HCM, SCM, and other modules). Ensure seamless integration with existing systems and compliance with best practices.
  • Cloud Integration:
    Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate Oracle Fusion Cloud solutions with other enterprise systems and third‑party applications.
  • Customization & Configuration:
    Oversee the customization and configuration of Oracle Fusion applications to meet specific business requirements while maintaining best practices and standards.
  • Solution Optimization:
    Monitor and improve the performance, scalability, and reliability of Oracle Fusion solutions. Optimize cloud applications for cost‑effectiveness and high availability.
  • Data Migration & Integration:
    Design and lead the execution of data migration strategies for moving data into Oracle Fusion Cloud from legacy systems.
  • Security & Compliance:
    Implement security best practices, including role‑based access control, data encryption, and ensuring compliance with relevant data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, SOX).
  • Stakeholder

    Collaboration:

    Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams, translating business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Testing & Troubleshooting:
    Ensure thorough testing of Oracle Fusion solutions, and work on troubleshooting and resolving any issues that arise post‑implementation.
  • Documentation & Training:
    Develop comprehensive documentation of architecture, configurations, and integrations. Train and mentor teams on Oracle Fusion functionalities and best practices.
  • Stay Current:
    Keep up with the latest trends in Oracle Fusion technology and cloud innovations to suggest improvements and stay ahead of the curve.
Required

Skills & Qualifications
  • Experience:

    8+ years of experience in implementing and architecting Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications (ERP, HCM, SCM, etc.).
  • Fusion Expertise:
    Extensive knowledge of Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications, including Oracle ERP Cloud, HCM Cloud, Financials, Procurement, Supply Chain, etc.
  • Cloud Architecture:
    Proven experience in designing cloud‑based solutions, preferably Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).
  • Integration

    Skills:

    Strong experience in integrating Oracle Fusion Cloud with other systems using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST APIs, SOAP Web Services, or other integration tools.
  • Customization & Configuration:
    Expertise in configuring and customizing Oracle Fusion modules as per business requirements.
  • Business Process Knowledge:
    In‑depth understanding of key business processes related to Finance, Human Resources, Supply Chain, or Procurement.
  • SQL/PLSQL:
    Proficiency in SQL, PLSQL, and Oracle‑based tools for data integration and reporting.
  • Security & Compliance:
    Familiarity with security, privacy, and compliance standards related to Oracle Cloud applications.
  • Certifications:

    Oracle Certified Expert (OCE) in Oracle Fusion Cloud applications or related certifications is highly desirable.
  • Soft Skills:

    Strong communication, problem‑solving, and leadership skills with a focus on collaboration across teams.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with Oracle Fusion Analytics Warehouse or Oracle Autonomous Database.
