The Mozn AI Channel organization is a strategic pillar of company growth. We are seeking a high‑impact Channel Alliance Ecosystem Lead to architect, scale, and optimize Mozn AI’s partner ecosystem.
This position is designed for a strategic alliance builder who develops structured partner recruitment, activation, and co‑sell frameworks that enable Mozn AI’s direct sales team to win faster and expand market coverage through ecosystem leverage.
As the Channel Alliance Ecosystem Lead, you serve as the single‑threaded owner of the Mozn AI partner lifecycle model:
Recruitment → Onboarding → Enablement → Activation → Capability Development → Demand Generation → Co‑Sell → Pipeline Acceleration → Revenue Contribution. You translate this lifecycle into scalable systems, governance, and execution models that drive measurable pipeline influence and ARR contribution.
You operate as:
- The Ecosystem Architect
- The Alliance Strategist
- The Co‑Sell Orchestrator
- Architect and execute the Mozn AI ecosystem strategy across system integrators, resellers, consulting firms, and technology alliances.
- Build scalable partner recruitment programs aligned to the Ideal Partner Profile (IPP) and market demand in the assigned region.
- Design structured onboarding and enablement frameworks that accelerate partner activation.
- Establish co‑sell and account‑mapping processes between Mozn AI direct sales teams and partner sales teams.
- Ensure partner engagement directly contributes to measurable pipeline acceleration and ARR influence.
- Develop partner tiering and progression models with clear performance milestones.
- Implement Q frameworks and governance structures with executive stakeholders.
- Track ecosystem health metrics including recruitment velocity, activation rates, pipeline influence, and revenue contribution.
- Continuously optimize the partner lifecycle to improve activation speed and productivity.
- Take primary responsibility for the strategy and execution of building and scaling Mozn AI’s partner ecosystem.
- Recruit new partners at scale, including targeted strategic recruitment where required.
- Identify organizations that are strategically positioned to accelerate Mozn AI’s growth across industries and segments.
- Evaluate financial and non‑financial benefits and risks of potential partnerships.
- Close and structure partnership agreements aligned with long‑term ecosystem value.
- Manage the entire partner lifecycle from recruitment to activation, growth, and retention.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with Sales, Pre‑Sales, Marketing, Product, Legal, and Leadership to align ecosystem strategy with company priorities.
- Share structured field feedback to continuously improve recruitment, enablement, and alliance programs.
- Travel as required to build executive‑level relationships and strengthen partner alignment.
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise sales, technology alliances, partnerships, or channel ecosystem roles.
- Proven ability to recruit, structure, and activate strategic partners in B2B SaaS, AI, Cybersecurity, Risk, or Analytics environments.
- Strong experience working alongside direct enterprise sales team within co‑sell models.
- Demonstrated success building scalable partner programs and lifecycle frameworks.
- Experience designing and executing joint business plans and Q governance.
