We’re looking for a People Tech Analyst I to join one of our People teams. You’ll work on high‑impact projects in a high‑growth environment, alongside a world‑class remote engineering team spread across 20+ countries.
Key Responsibilities- Administer and configure current People systems, including workflow setup, access management, data fixes/corrections, and creation of reports, ensuring high data accuracy, auditability, and smooth ongoing operations.
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, ensuring clarity and alignment with business objectives.
- Define system workflows and integration schemes to enhance process efficiency along with workflow configuration.
- Optimize and document existing processes, ensuring they are scalable and well‑integrated across systems.
- Ensure seamless communication between business and technical teams, resolving requirement ambiguities.
- Experience as a Systems Analyst in a technology‑driven environment including handling sensitive data.
- Hands‑on experience with business rules engines, decision modeling, and workflow configuration.
- Proficiency in process modeling using UML/BPMN notations.
- Experience with API protocols (SOAP/REST/gRPC) and system integrations.
- Advanced level of English, with strong communication skills.
- Experience with People/HR Tech systems
- Experience in designing database schemas and knowledge of SQL
- Knowledge of any programming language
