IT Project Manager

As our new IT Project Manager
, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering technology projects end to end. You will manage internal teams, external partners, and customer expectations, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. You will oversee all operational aspects of assigned projects, from initial planning and design through implementation and final closure.

• Drive strong customer engagement to ensure project objectives and expectations are aligned
• Define project plans, timelines, resources, and budgets
• Coordinate and manage internal teams, third-party vendors, and consultants
• Monitor project progress, risks, dependencies, and milestones
• Apply and adapt project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, Scrum)
• Ensure quality control across all project deliverables
• Manage changes, issues, and corrective actions throughout the project lifecycle
• Lead project closure activities, including documentation, handover, and lessons learned

• Strong experience managing technology projects end to end
• Solid understanding of project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, Scrum)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong customer-focused mindset and commitment to meeting client requirements
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision
• Strong problem-solving skills and results-oriented attitude
• Experience working in collaborative consulting environments
• Ability to perform effectively in dynamic and fast-paced settings

• Experience working with cross-functional and distributed teams
• Exposure to complex IT or digital transformation projects
• Project management certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master)
