Overview
Job Summary: Seeking a Senior Support Engineer with strong hands-on experience in FALCON Platform to provide L2/L3 production support, ensure system stability, and optimize fraud detection performance within a banking environment.
Responsibilities- Provide production support and incident resolution (SLA-driven).
- Monitor fraud alerts, transactions, and system performance.
- Troubleshoot application, database, and integration issues.
- Support system upgrades, patches, and deployments.
- Perform root cause analysis (RCA).
- Coordinate with fraud operations, core banking, and IT teams.
- 5+ years in banking application support.
- Hands-on experience with FALCON Fraud Management System.
- Strong SQL and Unix/Linux knowledge.
- Understanding of fraud monitoring (cards & digital payments).
- Familiar with ITIL processes
