Information Technology Support Technician

We are currently seeking a dedicated and proactive IT Support Technician to join our team in Riyadh.

In this role, you will be responsible for installing new systems (including networking setups), diagnosing and resolving a wide range of hardware and software issues, and ensuring our clients can operate efficiently and effectively.

Beyond resolving immediate technical concerns, we value professionals who take initiative - identifying opportunities to enhance existing services and contribute to the expansion of client service agreements.

• Collaborate with clients to identify technical issues and develop effective solutions
• Respond to or elevate support calls within agreed time frames
• Install, configure, and maintain client systems (PCs, mobile devices, networking equipment)
• Perform troubleshooting, diagnostics, and problem resolution
• Liaise with help desks and support centers as required
• Assist in developing testing and repair processes
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, identifying opportunities to expand service agreements

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Field Service Representative or in a similar IT support role
• Experience managing and maintaining technical equipment
• Strong critical thinking and problem‑solving skills
• Team‑oriented with effective time‑management abilities
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Comfortable using mobile tools and applications
