Our platform supports 60,000+ SKUs, high transaction volumes, and complex integrations across Shopify, custom backend systems, OMS, WMS, and multiple payment providers. As we scale aggressively in the Kingdom, payment architecture is mission-critical to conversion, customer trust, and revenue growth.
Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Riyadh for a Payment Integrator I at Avnzor.
This role is focused on designing, implementing, optimizing, and securing the full payment ecosystem across Avnzor’s mobile app and ecommerce platform.
You will be responsible for:

- Improving authorization rates and reducing transaction failures
- Handling payment callbacks, webhooks, and reconciliation logic
- Implementing tokenization and saved card logic
- Reducing redirect friction and improving checkout UX
- Monitoring fraud detection and chargeback processes
- Ensuring PCI compliance and secure data handling
- Supporting refunds, partial refunds, and settlement processes
- Working closely with backend and app developers to ensure payment stability
This is not just an integration role — this is a conversion-critical ownership role directly impacting revenue and customer trust.
Qualifications
- Proven experience integrating payment gateways in ecommerce or fintech environments
- Strong understanding of payment flows (authorization, capture, settlement, refund, chargeback)
- Experience with REST APIs, webhooks, and secure token handling
- Knowledge of PCI-DSS compliance standards
- Experience working with mobile SDK payment integrations
- Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills for failed transactions
- Understanding of fraud prevention tools and risk scoring
- Experience improving authorization rates and reducing payment drop-offs
- Strong collaboration skills across tech and commercial teams
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field preferred
What We’re Looking For
We are looking for someone who understands that:
- Every 1% increase in authorization rate directly increases revenue
- Payment latency impacts checkout completion
- Trust is built on secure, seamless transactions
You should think in terms of conversion optimization, system reliability, fraud control, and revenue protection — not just technical integration.
