Our Solution Engineers have specialist and healthcare industry knowledge to help our customers build their Saas journeys. In partnership with sales, we collaborate with our customers to inspire them with an innovative solution roadmap to drive outstanding ROI in their businesses.
This Lead SE role will be aligned to ERP & SCM & HCM & CX.
WHAT WILL YOU DO?- Partner with sales teams across all stages of the sales cycle to articulate the business value of Oracle Saas ERP & SCM & HCM & CX
- Supporting & Drive complex opportunities as Lead Solution Engineer and being supported by some domain experts depending on your in-depth knowledge.
- Leverage industry knowledge to recommend relevant and innovative solutions that support your customers’ desired outcomes
- Ensure customers key business requirements and motivations are fully understood and addressed.
- Design, present and articulate Oracle Saas ERP/SCM/HCM/CX to a variety of external and internal stakeholder audiences.
- Focus on overcoming obstacles to achieve the customers desired outcome.
- Stay up to date and increase your skills and knowledge in Oracle Saas ERP/SCM/HCM/CX.
- Stay up to date in modern demonstration techniques.
- Address the competitive landscape and handle objections.
- Represent Oracle as a trusted advisor, providing current and new product information through workshops and at customer or Hcare/LS events.
- Drive the strategic growth of EMEA Fusion Healthcare & Life Science Applications through an active contribution to the SE community.
- Leadership skills to drive opportunities.

- Ability to translate complex customer needs into business solutions.
- 10+ years of experience as pre‑sales in enterprise Hcare transformation projects.
- An advanced knowledge in Oracle Saas ERP / HCM/ SCM / CX
- In‑depth hands‑on experience with Oracle Saas ERP Finance and/or Oracle Saas SCM. Both are also welcome.
- Experience with AI
- Experience on how to integrated Fusion Applications with Health EHR solutions.
- Sales methodology knowledge, including processes and disciplines.
- Ability to apply technology to drive innovation, experience in utilising design thinking and customer journey mapping a plus.
- Based in KSA – language:
Arabic & English. - Travel will occur in Middle East and if needed in Europe.
