This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Riyadh Region for the position of IT Supervisor. The IT Supervisor will oversee and manage the daily operations of the IT team, ensuring technology systems and processes run smoothly. Primary duties include providing technical support, troubleshooting IT issues, maintaining IT infrastructure, and leading the team to achieve department goals. The role requires efficient coordination with internal stakeholders to implement technology solutions that support overall business strategies.

• Strong proficiency in Information Technology and Technical Support.
• Experience in Troubleshooting and problem-solving within IT systems and networks.
• Proven capabilities in Team Leadership and Team Management.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., ITIL, Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert, or similar) are a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Previous experience in IT operations or supervising an IT team is preferred.
