Oracle Fusion Enterprise Contracts – Document & Email Management Integration Lead
Location: Riyadh, KSA
Department: Enterprise Applications / Cloud Integration
Reports To: Head of Enterprise Solutions / Practice Lead
Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Enterprise Contracts – Document & Email Management Integration Lead to design, implement, and demonstrate a secure and scalable integration between Oracle Fusion SaaS and a third‑party Document Management System (DMS), such as Egnyte or equivalent.
This role combines solution architecture, integration delivery, compliance alignment, and client‑facing demonstration capabilities. The ideal candidate will architect secure integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), enable metadata‑driven folder structures, ensure regulatory compliance (PDPL, NCA – KSA), and support structured email and document lifecycle management within enterprise contract environments.
Key Responsibilities
1. Solution Architecture & Integration- Design and implement secure integration between Oracle Fusion Enterprise Contracts and third‑party DMS platforms.
- Develop integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) or equivalent middleware.
- Enable metadata synchronization between Fusion contract objects and DMS folder structures.
- Establish object‑level reference linking from Fusion to stored documents.
- Ensure secure API‑based connectivity (REST/SOAP) with proper authentication and encryption standards.
- Design configurable hierarchical folder structures aligned to:
- Regions
- Clusters
- Organizational hierarchy changes
- Implement dynamic folder creation driven by contract metadata.
- Configure folder and sub‑folder level permissions.
- Enforce least‑privilege access and role‑based security models.
- Enable direct saving of emails and attachments from Microsoft Outlook into relevant deal/contract project folders.
- Implement person‑centric filing models to support structured legal handovers.
- Configure document version control and audit tracking mechanisms.
- Align document storage practices with the enterprise contract lifecycle.
- Implement Identity & Access Management (IAM) controls.
- Ensure audit logging, traceability, and monitoring capabilities.
- Align the solution with:
- PDPL (Personal Data Protection Law – KSA)
- NCA (National Cybersecurity Authority) compliance standards
- Validate data privacy, encryption, and secure integration design principles.
- Deliver structured demo sessions covering:
- Regional & Cluster‑Based Folder Structures
- File & Email Management capabilities
- Present architecture diagrams and integration approach to stakeholders.
- Conduct feasibility assessments and effort estimations.
- Recommend suitable DMS platforms based on prior implementation experience.
Required Skills & Experience
Mandatory- 5+ years of experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications
- Strong functional and technical knowledge of Oracle Fusion Enterprise Contracts
- Hands‑on experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
- Proven experience integrating SaaS applications with DMS platforms
- Strong understanding of REST/SOAP APIs and integration security patterns
- Experience with Identity & Access Management frameworks
- Knowledge of compliance standards such as PDPL, NCA, or similar regulatory frameworks
- Integration experience with DMS platforms such as:
- Egnyte
- SharePoint Online
- Open Text
- Box
- M‑Files
- Experience implementing Outlook add‑ins or enterprise email archiving solutions
- Exposure to Legal or Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) environments
- Familiarity with document versioning frameworks and audit governance models

Educational Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
- Oracle Cloud certifications preferred
