Monitor system health, performance, and availability.
Analyze and resolve performance bottlenecks.
Optimize database and application server performance.
Manage users, roles, authorizations, and profiles.
Ensure compliance with security policies.
Perform regular security audits and vulnerability checks.
Plan and execute backup and recovery strategies.
Support disaster recovery (DR) and business continuity planning.
Perform regular restore tests.
Manage RFCs, interfaces, and middleware connections.
Support SAP integration with third-party systems.
Configure SAP routers, web dispatchers, and load balancers.
Provide L2/L3 support for SAP technical issues.
Analyze dumps, logs, and traces.
Work closely with functional teams and developers.
Monitor HANA database performance.
Manage memory, disk, and CPU usage.
Perform HANA backups, restores, and upgrades.
Maintain system documentation.
Follow ITIL processes (incident, problem, change management).
Ensure audit readiness.
