• Install, configure, and maintain Oracle database environments
• Perform database performance tuning, monitoring, and troubleshooting
• Manage backup and recovery processes
• Support high-availability solutions (Oracle RAC and Data Guard)
• Perform database patching, upgrades, and capacity planning
• Ensure database security, integrity, and availability
• Monitor database performance and resolve incidents/issues
• Support database configuration and release activities
• Work with IT teams to support application and database requirements
• Perform root‑cause analysis for database‑related issues
• Maintain documentation related to database configurations and procedures
• Coordinate with vendors for database‑related support, maintenance, and issue resolution
• Follow IT quality standards, operational procedures, and service management frameworks
• Analyzing current and future business needs and leads the project feasibility study with respect to system application requirements.
• Evaluates and implements new technologies, policies and procedures for business operations.
• Prepares technical design and procedural documentation using Microsoft application software such as Word, Visio and Power point.
• Provides support for all implementations related to Oracle, EBMS, Document Management System, Microsoft applications, etc.

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or Software Engineering.
• Prior 3-7 years of strong technical experience in IT Oracle databases technologies.
• Strong hands‑on experience with Oracle database installation, configuration, performance tuning, backup and recovery, Data Guard, database patching, upgrades, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
