Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud Techno-Functional Manager to lead full-cycle implementation and integration of Oracle Cloud modules - including Fusion, Unifier, OSP, with existing legacy systems. The role combines technical depth, functional leadership, and cross-department collaboration to drive enterprise digital transformation.
Key Responsibilities- Lead end-to-end implementation of Oracle Cloud HCM, Fusion, PMIS, and Unifier modules, including requirements, configuration, testing, and rollout.
- Design and oversee integration architectures using Oracle Cloud APIs, HDL, HCM Extracts, BI/OTBI, and middleware such as Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
- Manage data migration, conversion strategies, and validation across HR, Finance, Project Controls, and operational domains.
- Standardize enterprise workflows, ensuring alignment across HR, Payroll, Finance, Estimation, Planning, and Operations.
- Drive automation efforts to eliminate data silos and establish Oracle Cloud platforms as the single source of truth.
- Lead technical teams, external consultants, and cross-functional stakeholders throughout project delivery.
- Oversee enhancements, troubleshooting, system upgrades, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure proper change management processes, documentation, and communication across business units.
- Establish real-time project reporting structures integrating P6, ERP, and Unifier where applicable.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 8+ years of progressive experience in enterprise system implementation with at least 5 years in Oracle Cloud techno-functional roles.
- Successful delivery of Oracle Cloud Fusion / HCM / Unifier implementations including integrations with ERP, payroll, and project management tools.
- Strong command of Oracle Cloud tools such as HDL, OTBI, BI Publisher, HCM Extracts, APIs, and Infrastructure-as-Code tools (Terraform, Cloud Formation).
- Deep understanding of construction industry workflows and project controls structures (WBS, cost codes, resource structures).
- Experience integrating Primavera P6, ERP platforms, PMIS, BIM, and cloud-based enterprise systems.
- Excellent communication, leadership, stakeholder management, and documentation skills.
- Experience integrating workforce and resource data between P6, ERP, and Oracle Cloud modules.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills (SQL, Power BI, enterprise reporting tools).
