The Solutions Consultant is responsible for identify opportunities, define customer requirements, Presales, implementation, Post sales of new and existing applications & solutions using the company's software and associated modules.

Job Accountabilities & Activities
  • Provide pleasant, courteous, and professional customer handling.
  • Interface with Sales/Marketing/Service on daily business matters.
  • Actively support sales cycles and major customer engagement by bringing specific knowledge and experience to the opportunity. Support customer engagement events to broaden the prospect base.
  • Develop, design & script applications to meet customer requirements.
  • Perform business analysis in which information about business processes and concerns is gathered from key client stakeholders.
  • Design business applications in which basic best practice knowledge is applied.
  • Compose documentation outlining requirements for building the business application.
  • Developing and supporting various Applications.
  • Present documentation on business analysis and solution requirements to key customer stakeholders for validation and approval.
  • Build a solution utilizing the appropriate application development tools supported by the company.
  • Test business applications and ensure performance is as designed; resolve any issues.
  • Compose training materials and conduct training sessions for customers; also, train customer administrators to be able to administer and troubleshoot.
  • Develop plan for migration; migrate business applications into the production environment and support customers throughout the migration process.
  • Transition key information to the technical support team to ensure continued successful support of the customer.
Education & Certifications

(in Computer Science / Information Technology).
