Machine Learning Engineer

ML Engineer: + 7 years exp

End-to-end development of AI solutions, from ideation to production and deployment.

• Design, train, and evaluate Supervised, Unsupervised, and Deep Learning models
• Work with large datasets: cleaning, preprocessing, and preparation
• Improve model performance through feature engineering and hyperparameter tuning

• Strong proficiency in Python
• Experience with Scikit-learn, Tensor Flow, PyTorch, Keras
• Specialized AI (Good to Have)

• Natural Language Processing (NLP)
• LLMs, BERT, Transformers

• Develop solutions using Generative AI models
• Experience with large language models such as:
• Advanced Prompt Engineering
• Design and build RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) solutions
• Build intelligent conversational systems:
• Chatbots, AI Assistants
• Develop and manage agent-based systems
• Use of Hugging Face
• Use of Lang Chain / Llama Index
• Work with embeddings and semantic search
• Evaluate output quality (accuracy, hallucinations)

• Model deployment using Docker and containerized environments
• Apply MLOps / LLMOps practices

• Hands-on experience with Google Cloud
• Big Query

• Experience working in consulting engagements

• Work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Explain models and results to non-technical stakeholders
• Apply Responsible AI, security, and privacy standards
• Manage resource consumption (CPU / GPU / Memory)
• Communicate with stakeholders to gather, document, and explain requirements
• Experience with front-end and back-end design and development
