The HAMAAT Program is designed to equip high‑potential university graduates with the skills, exposure, and hands‑on experience needed to build successful careers in Advisory, Audit, or Tax.

Advisory Track: A structured 2‑year rotational journey.
Audit & Tax Tracks: A comprehensive 3‑year development pathway.

Across all tracks, participants gain real-world experience and a solid foundation to excel in their chosen fields.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree holders graduating by September 2026

• Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, and Human Resource Management
• Computer Science, Cybersecurity/Information Security, Management Information System, Information Systems/Technology, Data Science, Data Analytics, and Artificial Intelligence
• Engineering in all of its derivatives
• Law, and Risk Management
• Project Management

Minimum GPA: 3.0/4.0 or 4.0/5.0

Fresh graduates with no prior experience

Fluency in English and Arabic is required.

• Successful completion of all online assessments and interviews
• Passing in‑house assessment centers
