Lead Business Applications Analyst

Responsible for Planning, Designing, Implementation, enhancing, Support and managing business applications and software solutions within the designated domain(s); and management of assigned project(s).

• Responsible for Business Applications / ERP Implementations within the designated domain(s) and assigned projects in consultation with the Manager – Business Applications Support
• Day-to-day support related to business applications within the designated domain(s) including training to users and trainers
• Responsible for System Analysis and designing for new in-house/ add-ons applications related to the designated domain(s) and assigned project(s).
• Assist the System & Technical Analysts in System Analysis, Designing, Development, Implementation and Maintenance of In-house developed applications and developments related to the designated domain(s) and assigned project(s).
• Contribute to the business process analysis and business process reengineering related to the designated domain(s)
• Ensure the optimal use of business applications generally across the designated module domain(s) and especially for the assigned projects
• Comply with and implement applicable policies/procedures, including the enforced Information Systems Security Policy

• Responsible for post implementation review, support and monitoring of the business applications within the designated domain(s) and assigned project(s).
• Enhance and maximize the usage of the system within the designated domain(s) and assigned project(s).
• Identify application problems, correct malfunctions and other operational difficulties within the designated domain(s)
• Assist other Business Application Analysts to identify application problems, correct malfunctions, and other operational difficulties in the assigned project(s).
• Ensuring the timely resolution of issues related to business applications within the designated domain(s) and assigned project(s).

• Develop and maintain complete documentation related to business applications such as business process documentation, configuration documentation of ERP, end user manuals, documentation of in-house developed applications, etc., within the designated domain(s)
• Ensure that the documents are up-to-date by regularly updating them when needed
• Maintain complete and proper documentation for the assigned project(s).

• Lead / supervise the team of Business Applications Analyst and Analyst Programmers including work scheduling, prioritizing, monitoring and providing the technical assistance for the assigned project(s).
• Manage, guide and assist direct reports to perform their functional operations in accordance with set policies and procedures
• Assist the Manager – Business Applications Support in carrying out project management activities for major projects and initiatives

• A Bachelor's Degree in MIS or equivalent or designated functional domain(s)
• Minimum of 6 - 8 years of Software Implementation Management
• Minimum of 5+ years experience in SAP implementation or five end-to-end full life-cycle of SAP Implementation in the designated domain, preferably in a lead role
• Strong experience in the designated domain area(s)
• Certified in respective functional module from a recognized education provider (e.g. Certification from SAP)
• Proficient in using standard computer hardware and software systems, including MS Office applications
